Interpolates a set of points where the tangent directions and magnitudes can be set.

Input Example:

• Points: [ p1, p2, p3, p4 ]
• Tangents: [ [1,0,0], [1,1,0] ]
• Magnitudes: [ 2.5, 2.5 ]
